Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of this reservation. Reservations made online are only processed during normal office hours and can take up to 24 hours from submission to completion. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All RV site cancellations are subject to a $20 minimum cancellation fee.
All cabin cancellations are subject to a $75 minimum cancellation fee.

30 days or less: NO REFUND
31-60 days: 50% refund less minimum charge
61 days or more: 100% refund less minimum charge

If you do not arrive by your scheduled check-in date, you must notify our office in advance. If you do not, your site will be released at noon the day after scheduled arrival with no refund.
Reservations for Memorial Day through Labor Day may not be shortened. You are responsible for payment for all dates and sites reserved.
No refund for early departure. Adverse weather conditions do not nulify cancellation/refund policy unless the Park is forced to close.

By submitting this reservation request online you are committing to your reservation and are responsible for updating BECS Store & RV Park for date changes or cancellations. You also agree that you will provide full credit card information when we contact you regarding this reservation.

BECS RV Park will contact you to confirm reservation and obtain payment information.
